For users in states where audio recording of serves is permitted, the new TriStar app offers serve recording functionality. This feature uploads audio files to the system alongside photos, GPS coordinates, and timestamps for comprehensive proof and documentation.

When in the field, users can easily locate nearby jobs using the map view. Color-coded indicators for Process, Court, Messenger Pickup, and Messenger Delivery streamline task management and job tracking. Simply click on a map flag to access detailed job information.
